An illegally parked car gets removed

The Department of Infrastructure for the city of Orihuela, has announced that the “blue zone” parking restrictions have spread into a further three streets in the city.

The additional area takes in calle Limón at its junction with calle Castellón as far as Reyes Católicos, calle Valencia and Avenida Teodomiro from Avenida de la Vega as far as the estación intermodal train station.

A spokesperson for the town hall said that the implementation of this expansion coincides with the new availability of more than 80 car park spots on avenida de la Vega.
